Strong Minds. Strong Players.
Mental wellness training for youth athletes (ages 6–13) and the adults who support them—built by sports parents and coaches.
How it works
Short, practical sessions that teach kids (and the adults around them) simple routines for confidence, coping, and joy.
1) Learn
Fun, age-appropriate lessons on calm breathing, positive self-talk, and post-game recovery.
2) Practice
Printable 90-second routines kids can use before practice, after mistakes, and at home.
3) Grow
Track small wins, build habits, and celebrate effort over the scoreboard.
