Do you work with teams or individual families?

Both. We run team/club workshops and parent/coach sessions, plus open community events.

Is this therapy?

No. We teach sport-psych-informed skills (education & habit building), not clinical therapy.

What ages?

Primarily 6–13, with parent/coach content for every age group.
